Testimonials from successful clients
As I have already mentioned choosing the best ADI training can be a daunting task. With a large training company of course there are many training officers in situ, each with their own style of training. Which of these staff trainers will be allocated to you?..... Will these staff trainers be as committed to delivering as high a standard of training as they would if the business were there own?..... What happens if ‘your trainer’ is off sick or on holiday?....... Will you be able to adjust to the different style of the replacement trainer?
If you should choose 1-on-1 then I will personally be conducting your training sessions. My business success is measured by the success of my clients.
If you would like to know how your training will be conducted then I encourage you to contact any of the sample of my past clients shown below. All of them will be pleased to talk with you about their personal experiences whilst training for their own ADI licences.
So why not pick up the phone, choose which ones you would like to speak to and make the call. I promise you will not regret it.
“I can’t thank Colin enough for his role in my training. His confidence in me kept me going through many ‘dark days’ when I was ready to throw in the towel. The fact that I did pass Part III on the first attempt reflects his man-management skills, instructional ability and knowledge and I couldn’t have wished for a better trainer”.
Bob Casey May 2005
Bob has recently had his first check test and is now a Grade 5 ADI.
“I had paid in full in advance for my ADI training with a large national company”. When I first went to their premises for an ‘interview’ they could not wait for me to get my credit card out to pay for my training course. “Having passed Parts I & II I then failed my first Part III. It was then that I contacted Colin who helped me to pass on the second attempt”. “I am so busy now that I find I am actually turning pupils away. Something I never imagined doing”. I can also afford to change my car in March each year whereas I had never had a new car before my days as an ADI.
Mandy Wheeler Mar 2004
“Having paid an ‘up front fee’, (close to £3000), for my training, (Same company as above), and having passed my Parts I & II tests I then embarked upon Part III”. This again was a week’s intensive course and at the end of the week it seemed that everything during that extremely quick week had just ‘washed over me’”. “By Friday I was completely bewildered and amazed to discover that any further training that I needed I would have to pay for over and above the course fee that I had already paid”. (Martin then noticed my tuition car in the area and contacted me to help him with his Part III training). He went on to complete his Part III training with me and is now working in the Aberdare area.

Comment from a current client
“I had passed my Part I (same company once again) and had started my Part II training. I felt that I was not making much progress with this when I saw Colin’s advert. On my very first Part II training session with him I learned more in that first hour about Part II than I had learned in total with my original training company. I also found the same applied to my Part III training.”. Owen is currently doing his Part III training with me after having paid almost £3000 for a complete training course with this other national company. "So what’s the moral of my personal experience? Choose wisely. "

Here are more recent successes that have just embarked upon their new careers: (These are only some of my clients who have qualified in 2006)
- Huw Parry
Huw was a multi-drop delivery driver covering west Wales. If he needed to collect his young son from school it placed pressure on his work commitments. Now he is working as an ADI he can plan his daily workload to suit himself...not his employer.
- Lyndon Hatherall
Lyndon was a long distance trucker who wanted to spend more time with his family. He is now able to do this as he is working locally as an ADI.
- Andrew Walker
Andy had just sold his business and wanted to embark upon a completely different career. He is now busy as an ADI in Cardiff...(Log on to www.walkersom.co.uk).
- Kim Morris
Since Kim passed her Part III her husband has also started his ADI training with me. They soon hope to be running a school offering male/female instructors.
- Richard Gratton
Richard is operating his new school on a part time basis whilst ‘winding down’ his full time occupation.
- Nigel Jones
Nigel is now able to leave the full time agency employment, which he loathed, in order to pursue his new career as an ADI.
Could yours be the next name on the list of successes? Perhaps the first one for 2007!
I can guarantee that everything that you have read is factual. But, please, don’t just take my word for it. Ask someone who has already gone through the training program.
All of the above are very happy to talk to you about their training with me. If you feel that you would like to contact any of them then, upon request, I can furnish you with contact details. I hope this will assist you in making the best possible choice regarding your ADI training.
Remember, the biggest may not always be the best but, if you make the wrong choice you may find it financially difficult to arrange further training if you discover that your initial ADI training package is not what you expected. In the last 4 YEARS I have had only one trainee fail at the Part II stage and only one fail at Part III. All of my other trainees have successfully passed and are enjoying their new profession.
